But for now, I have a warm, cozy menu, which honestly felt like a warm hug (while creating and eating)—it’s comforting, autumnal, and the perfect lineup of dinners as we transition into November.

This week’s list of ingredients will be vaguely similar to our list from a few weeks ago. By that, I mean we’re cooking basmati rice, prepping flatbread dough, and making some garlicky yogurt sauce.
