Paid Subscription

Pricing: $6/month or $65/year.
What you get:

• Access to all weekly menus.

• Categorized shopping lists.

• Optional prep lists for efficiency.

• Recommended ingredient substitutions.

• Video demonstrations.

• Recipes for individual elements and full meals.

• Tips on prepping, storing, and cooking.

• Access to previous menus and recipes.

3. Service Delivery

Subscribers will receive weekly materials, including menus, grocery lists, and optional prep lists, via email. Paid subscribers will have access to additional features as outlined above.

Delivery is deemed successful when emails are sent to the email address provided during registration. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and for checking their inbox, including spam/junk folders.

4. Reporting Issues

If you do not receive your weekly materials or have any issues with your subscription, please notify us within 72 hours of the expected delivery time. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers must:

• Provide a valid email address.

• Notify us promptly of any changes to their contact information.

• Use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Changes to the Service

Restaurant Dropout reserves the right to make minor updates or adjustments to the service, such as changes to delivery schedules or features, without prior notice. For significant changes that may materially affect subscribers, we will provide advance notice.

7. Disclaimer

Restaurant Dropout is committed to providing accurate and timely weekly menus, grocery lists, and optional prep lists. However, we are not responsible for:

• Delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical difficulties beyond our control.

• Delays or non-receipt of materials due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Internet or server outages.

  • Power failures.

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods).

  • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

  • Labor strikes or other workplace disruptions.

  • Illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseeable events impacting service delivery.

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the materials provided.

• Mistakes or mishaps in the preparation or execution of recipes, grocery lists, or prep instructions.

• Losses or damages resulting from delays or non-receipt of materials.

• Food-related issues (e.g., allergies, intolerances, or adverse reactions) arising from ingredients or recipes provided by Restaurant Dropout.

Delivery is deemed successful upon sending the materials to the email address provided by the subscriber. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure their email is accurate and to notify us within 72 hours of non-receipt to allow for prompt resolution.

We reserve the right to make minor updates or adjustments to our service offerings and delivery schedule without prior notice. For significant changes that may materially impact the service, we will provide advance notice to subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Restaurant Dropout and Solecita Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you, for any reason, will be limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. No Warranty Disclaimer

The services provided by Restaurant Dropout, including all menus, grocery lists, prep lists, and associated materials, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services, or that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restaurant Dropout, Solecita Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms of Service.

11. Force Majeure

Restaurant Dropout will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, shortages, pandemics, internet outages, or natural disasters.

12. Food and Allergies Disclaimer

While Restaurant Dropout makes every effort to provide accurate and safe recipes, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, intolerances, or other adverse effects arising from the consumption of ingredients used in the provided recipes. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to check ingredient labels and use caution when preparing meals.

13. No Responsibility for Third-Party Links or Content

Restaurant Dropout may include links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party websites, and your use of such links is at your own risk.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of [Your State], rather than in court. 17. No Liability for Loss of Data

Restaurant Dropout is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to user data. Users are encouraged to back up their data and regularly check their account for any discrepancies or issues.

18. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us. Refunds for paid subscriptions are only available for unused, full months. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

19. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Restaurant Dropout, including menus, recipes, grocery lists, videos, and tips, is protected by copyright. Subscribers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sacramento, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
