A Week of Having It All
from Kefta to a German-ish Potato Salad to Sopa de Fideo—really...we're having it all.
In getting inspired for this week, my number one goal was to diversify, diversify, diversify—a message (or theme, if you will), that seems to be incredibly prevalent in society at the moment.
In bringing that theme to the kitchen table this week, I found myself developing recipes inspired by various cuisines, including German, Middle Eastern, and Mexican. So allow me to introduce the menu where we’re really having it all.
