Alas, spring is finally here, and I truly could not be more elated.
While we’ve been experiencing spurts of cold, rainy weather here in California, the fact that warm, sunny (& long, might I add) days are on the horizon is enough to make me ecstatically happy.
So, in honor of this transition from winter to spring, we’re cooking up ✨transitional✨ dishes that I’d label as bright, fresh, and a tad bit comforting—exactly how I’d describe this time of the year.
