A Menu for Grilling Season

Finally, a full week filled with sunshine and warmer weather—something I’ve been looking forward to since November of last year.
I’ve mentioned this before, but I’ll say it again (especially if you’re new here…hello!!!): This is my all-time favorite time of the year, given the weather, wide variety of in-season produce, and longer days. It’s what I call the most inspirational time of the year.
With warmer days and longer weather comes the opportunity to cook outdoors. In other words, grilling season has officially commenced. If you don’t have a grill or it’s still too cold to go outside, don’t fret. Keep reading, and we’ll give you an alternative method for pretending you’re grilling outdoors.
