While it may be an unpopular opinion, I’ve come to find adult summers to be a slightly exhausting balancing act between joy and overwhelm. On the one hand, it’s the perfect time for travel, exploration, and relaxation—yet shifting routines, rising heat, and never-ending to-do lists somehow make everything feel a lot harder to manage.
That said, whether it’s canned enchilada sauce, pre-cut greens, or rotisserie chicken, each recipe this week starts from somewhere in the middle—all intended to provide you with a head start.
