As promised, I have two bonus recipes to close out this week: biscuits & latkes.
Since cooking might look slightly different this week (given the major holidays of the year), I figured it would be fun to share a couple of dishes that can be whipped up quickly and brought to whatever function you might find yourself going to this year.
Or perhaps you’re hosting, in which case both biscuits and latkes can be cooked and served to your guests in the morning and afternoon, respectively.
