Halloween is right around the corner, and I’ve begun to notice an influx of Halloween-themed content on all platforms, which, if I’m being honest, has given me an extreme case of FOMO (fear of missing out).
While I loooove Halloween, my wedding is officially 8 days away, and being a serial compartmentalizer, I won’t be able to think about Halloween until the 28th of October.

to compromise, we’re kicking off our Halloween celebrations with what we call ✨Franken-Week✨.
You’ll find an assortment (or hodgepodge) of upcycled Restaurant Dropout dishes, including my beloved Chicken Tinga Torta, Fajita Tacos, and, of course, the Arrachera Salad.
While many of the dishes are similar to their previous versions, they’ve been updated to work together (see below for more details!).
