I think we can all agree that right about now, comfort foods are in season.
We’re approaching an incredibly busy time of the year and as the temperature cools down, oven-baked meals are becoming much more cravable.
This week, we’re diving into ✨my kinds✨ of comfort meals—macaroni & cheese, potatoes au gratin, chili, you name it.
And to give you even more comfort, we’re keeping our proteins simple, with ground chicken (or turkey or beef), rotisserie chicken, and canned beans. You know, the kind of proteins you can’t really mess up or as they say in the food blogging world, “no fuss” proteins.
Time to put on your cozy clothes, light a few candles, and immerse yourself in the comfort that is this menu.
(Oh and to make it even more fun, some recipes will yield about 4 servings, in case you’re looking for an easy reheatable lunch the following day)
