Only a few days away from some of the most celebrated holidays around the world, cooking may feel slightly overwhelming at this time of year. The days feel shorter, activities are piling up, and navigating the logistics for dinners preceding and following a holiday may feel impossible.
Don’t fret, though; we have a plan.
With the popularity of Rotisserie Chicken Dinners, this felt like the perfect opportunity to compose a menu utilizing a singular ingredient across three meals (it’s definitely what I need—limited prep and stretching one ingredient).
However, rather than utilizing one protein, we’re utilizing one carb this week: focaccia. We’ll use it sparingly on Day 1, sufficiently on Day 2, and heavily on Day 3.
Regarding Dishmas, I’ll have 2 bonus recipes coming your way on Sunday. They’ll be recipes that are their own thing and holiday-centric—keep an eye out for those this weekend.
