Dinners in a Pinch
A week for taking shortcuts (featuring a pasta buffet, dumpling salad, & trapizzini)
The holidays are right around the corner, and I am (almost) certain I can’t be the only one looking for shortcut dinners.
Since it’s time to start getting into gear to create a game plan for Thanksgiving, and life’s moving incredibly fast right now (can you believe we’re already halfway through November?), this week was all about cutting corners—think jarred pasta sauce (I’ll explain), pre-made dumplings, and Italian sausage.
While you are more than welcome to make everything from scratch (recipes will be provided), I highly encourage you to cut yourself some slack this week and take it easy.
Let me show you how.
