Fall is officially underway, and thankfully, the weather is starting to cool down.
I was recently talking to Tate (my soon-to-be husband) about feelings of burnout and how they usually creep up on me at the tail end of seasons (specifically winter and summer).
Living in a perpetual state of coming up with new ideas in what feels like a never-ending season can get, quite frankly, exhausting.
Thankfully, with new seasons comes a change in weather. And with a change in weather comes a change in produce. And more excitingly, with a change in produce (and weather) comes a change in cravings. Suffice it to say…
Change is good.
For the past two weeks, I felt the craving for a hearty stew creep up on me, and as time passed, the craving grew. So, in the spirit of embracing this new season ahead of us, we’re satisfying that craving and digging into stew season (soup season can wait).
