Yay!! I have a tough time choosing my favourite "Zoe menu" (so many great ones) but this is hands down my favourite collab! I even bought the book I liked it so much.
Those areyes were OUTSTANDING! Salty, crunchy, flavorful. One of new favorites. I used pitas from TraderJoe’s. I scaled the recipe up - 2 lbs of meat for a full bag of their large pitas worked great. Also, don’t skip the tzatziki and tomato-cucumber salad. That really took it over the top. I served pita chips for the hummus on the side for my kids.
Yummm. I put my husband to work peeling chickpeas with me for the hummus. He was annoyed at first but now agrees it was totally worth it for that hummus.
Am I doing something wrong because it seems like my recipes are coming out salty but I’m following the instructions. I’m thinking about skipping (or severely scaling back) the salt altogether.
Zoe uses Diamond Crystal Kosher which is very light and flaky. If you're using Mortons/Windsor/etc you'll need much less when measuring by volume . Season to taste/halve in most recipes, but ones where it matters more (baking) use weight (gram) measures if you can.
I would be curious if anyone tries or has tried making the pita recipe gluten free and how it comes out! Store bought gluten free pita hasn’t even been worth eating in my experience.

I was craving the bouillon croutons earlier this week. So excited for this menu!
One of my favorite menus 💗
Is there anywhere that I can find the nutritional information?
Not officially. Sometime subscribers share the data they've input to cronometer, etc. You can use Juan's app for macros https://macro-tool.vercel.app/

If you’re not using a Kosher salt but just regular table salt, cut the salt in half!
Thanks for the tip!! That might be my problem
