In true ‘getting back on track’ fashion, I wanted January’s dessert menu to be indulgent yet somewhat nutritious. Think Pressed Juicery’s Freeze or chocolate-covered fruit—desserts that satisfy a craving but happen to have some nutritional benefits.
Quinoa is on the menu this week, and you’ll likely have some left over at the end of the week; so, rather than ponder over what to do with the remaining amount, we’ll transform it into our sweet treat of the week, and no one will ever know (except for you, of course).
