Spring Forward, A Menu
featuring a blend of spring produce-heavy dishes, including Lemon Asparagus Pasta
The weather is warming up, the sun is out longer (thank goodness), and, more relevantly, a wide variety of produce is abundant.
To honor the best time of the year (in my opinion), we’re cooking up a spring-forward menu—lots of produce, bright herbaceous flavors, and one of my favorite grains.
While there’s a flare of Mexican-inspired flavors, you’ll find a couple of what I like to call California cuisine dishes (it’s a real thing, I promise!!). Now, let’s cook.
