A Menu for Late Spring
featuring Peach Balsamic Chicken with Farro Salad, Late Spring Pizza, Angel Hair Pomodoro, and more
Seeing local tomatoes and peaches appear at farmers’ markets feels like a marker that late spring is here and summer is approaching.
But with unpredictable weather patterns and shifting seasonality, that’s not always the case everywhere. This menu is for the in-between—flexible enough to work around lack of fresh, locally sourced tomatoes and peaches, while slowly easing into the rhythm of new produce.
In the same vein, this menu is intended to feel light yet elevated; fine dining with very little effort; late spring-y but still scratching that summer itch. You get the point—let’s dive in.
