Alas, they’re back. The leftover dishes we’ve been freezing all month.
And—if you absolutely did not participate in that behavior—no worries. When I say “they,” I also mean the Restaurant Dropout dishes we’ve been cooking all season.
This week is intentionally easy. Nothing fussy. We’re putting things in the oven, leaning on frozen goods, and cooking with flavors that feel right for the holidays.
It’s also a great excuse to start clearing out the freezer before the new year is suddenly here.
So let’s dive in.
