Memorial Day Weekend has arrived, and with it, the unofficial start of summer.
This year, though, I am savoring spring for as long as I possibly can, given time seems to be flying by a bit too fast (just me?).
Regardless, with warmer weather, graduation season, and summer produce rolling in, it’s only human to romanticize the season. This menu is here to scratch that itch.
