What better way to celebrate 2 years of Restaurant Dropout than with the first day of spring??
For those who have been cooking along with me from the beginning, you’re well aware of my affinity for spring. It’s the time of year when plants begin to bloom, the snow starts to melt, and the birds sing a little louder. It’s a season of growth, both literal and metaphorical.
Plus, with an abundance of produce on the way, it tends to lend to a surge of inspiration, leading to some of my personal favorite menus.
To kick off spring this year, we’re leaning into an herbaceous and bright menu, featuring a parsley-pistachio pesto, spring salad pizza, and plenty of spring vegetables.
