No matter the season, a good shortcut can feel like a gift.

Cooking elaborate dinners every night might sound romantic — but it’s rarely sustainable. As Ina says, “store-bought is fine.”

We’re leaning into that mindset this week by using several store-bought ingredients. They’ll do the heavy lifting (for the most part), but I can assure you that flavor won’t be compromised. Even the chili-soy vinaigrette gets its depth from store-bought chili crisp.

May this menu meet you where you are and make dinner feel easier.
