Ooh! I love this addition! This site is quickly becoming my sole go-to resource for planning and cooking dinner! I love to cook, and I love eating whole foods and lots of veggies, but I am so terrible at meal planning! It takes me forever. So I LOVE logging on Friday mornings and seeing a whole solution that feels tailor-made for me ready to go! (Lots of exclamation points for a reason!) Double gold stars for you because my kids have loved everything! It's similar enough to what I would make them anyway, but just fancier enough that they are loving it. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Oh my gosh!! This is amazingly helpful - there’s been so many things I’ve wanted to make again for lunches or extra dinners 🎉

This is amazing! I haven’t been able to do a lot of the full week plans because of travel and I get a bi-weekly produce box. So this is great so I can plan out my own prep week based on what I have coming in my box that week. Did plays on the spring barley (yay to the first asparagus of the season!) and the southwest salad (subbing in radishes for peppers).

Very big ask and likely impossible but: I’d be interested in some explanation for ingredients used, for me specifically to make personalised subs. For example, I’m sensitive to sweetness in savoury dishes but understand sugar has multiple uses (browning, binding etc) so it’s good to know when I can omit it reduce it to taste. Or I don’t eat dairy so it’s useful to know the purpose of dairy products to help choose replacements (eg, buttermilk to help react with baking powder for rise). I cook a fair bit so worked some things out myself, but would love more info!
