Is there a benefit of using these containers bs containers that seal? Is it okay to use containers that seal for things like flatbread dough and produce so we don’t have to buy new containers (or at least not quite yet)?

Would glass cointainers/ Mason Jars would be better than the deli containers to keep the food fresher?
What lids are best for the suggested cambro containers ? The sealing kind or the plastic one that that fits on top but doesn’t seal ?
